March Eye Candy

Around here, I've been thinking about blue, cloudy skies, spring flowers, and things that make me happy.

And aged items, with a history, like I might be seeing in Europe.

And my obsession with driving down a one lane road, somewhere in Great Britain.  And having to turn the car rental key to the off position, while a flock of sheep slowly cross the road.  Surrounded by  lots of green, green grass and rolling hills, and a slightly cloudy, grey sky.  And maybe, just maybe, a sheepdog, herding his flock.

Foolishness

It is me.

Standing here before you.

The world. The Internet.

Asking you to let me come back.

Asking you to forgive me for my foolishness.

For thinking I should stop blogging because I don't have awesome stats.

For thinking no one out there is reading this space.

For caring about the wrong things.

The wrong things.

For forgetting how much I loved posting 5 days a week here.

Or 6.  Or even, sometimes, 7.

I was so foolish.

But I have remembered.

Remembered the why.

And I miss it.

And I want to come back.

It's a new day. And a new year.

Today is really a big blank canvas.

Full of possibilities. A day to dream. A day to plan. A day to think about your intentions for the next 365 days.

I, for 1, am very excited about all those possibilities.

My focus for 2015 will be finances. Money, money, money. 

Being intentional with it. Not letting it run my life. And starting to save for that trip to Europe (shhhhhh...that's a secret).
